8000km In 30 Days: My Photographic Journey Through Patagonia
I am Jakub Polomski, a professional photographer from Poland. I specialize in landscape and travel photography.
In February 2014 I set off on a journey through Chile and Argentina. We were travelling from Santiago, Chile to Ushuaia, Argentina. Our main destinations were El Chalten and The Perito Moreno Glacier in Argentina, and Torres del Paine National Park in Chile. These are well-known and beautiful locations. Moreover, the road to these places was also spectacular.
We drove 8000 km mainly through the Patagonian Desert. We started our trip in Santiago, and continued to Chilean volcanic areas Melipeuco and Pucon. Then we crossed the border and drove by the famous Ruta 40 from Bariloche to Ushuaia.
After a year, I finally managed to finish up all photographs from this journey. The following set containing various landscapes is a summary of the month I spent in South America.
