The Lake Moraine is as gorgeous as it appears in all the images, living up to the promise. Take the Rockpile journey, which begins from the parking area and ascends a little way on a trail and stairs, to get the iconic photo. On top of the rock pile, in a vast open space facing the lake, lies the view, which is about ten minutes away.
