Watch The Milky Way Get Photobombed By The Northern Lights.
When photographer Maciej Winiarczyk headed to Scotland to capture an incredible video of the Milky Way showing up in the night sky, he knew he was about to create something amazing. However, he couldn't have planned for something like this.
During his time-lapse video, something else showed up on the screen: The Aurora Borealis. This was a huge moment for Winiarczyk, as he claims to have been hunting the auroras for the better part of three years. The completely surprising, unplanned arrival of the lights makes one of the coolest time-lapse videos we've seen so far. Check out the footage below.
